Shipping Policy

- Booking:
- All bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance of the event date to allow us sufficient time for preparation.
- A 50% cash upfront payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment can be made through our secure online payment system.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframes will be processed within a reasonable period.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the upfront payment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Any changes to the event date or time will be subject to confirmation.
- Cancellation:
- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund of the upfront payment.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of the upfront payment.
- Changes to Order:
- Any changes or modifications to your order, such as menu selections or quantities, should be communicated to us at least 48 hours before the event.
- We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability and feasibility.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your plans, and we will strive to be flexible and accommodating within the specified guidelines.
